Estate Guidelines
1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
2. Occupancy
- Standard Occupancy: 12 guests
- Maximum Occupancy: 15 guests (₹1,000 per additional guest)
- All additional guests must be pre-approved by management.
3. Refund Policy
As a boutique property with limited rooms and personalized service, cancellations affect us significantly. Hence, we follow a strict no-refund policy once a booking has been confirmed.
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
- Dates may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and management approval, if requested at least 14 days prior to check-in.
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to honor your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternate stay arrangement will be offered.
4. Security Deposit
- ₹20,000 security deposit is collected before check-in.
- Refunds will be processed within 4-7 working days post check-out inspection.
5. Noise & Disturbances
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Loud parties or events are not permitted without prior approval.
6. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
- Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
7. Damage & Breakages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Repair/replacement costs will be charged as applicable.
8. Cleanliness
- A fixed cleaning fee ₹1500 will be charged to prepare the property before your arrival.
9. Safety & Security
Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. Nature’s Home maintains round-the-clock vigilance to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for all guests.
- 24×7 on-site security personnel trained to handle emergencies with care and discretion.
- CCTV surveillance across key areas of the property for continuous monitoring.
- Metal detectors and security checks at the entry gate to ensure no prohibited or harmful items are carried onto the premises.
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving your room unattended.
- Keep valuables securely stored or handed over for safekeeping at the reception if needed.
Nature’s Home will not be liable for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left unattended within the premises.
10. Amenities & Facilities
- Use all amenities responsibly. Follow posted or provided usage guidelines.

What is the cancellation or refund policy for Nature’s Home?

What is the check-in process like?
The check-in process includes verification of your booking confirmation and valid ID. After this, you will receive your access codes before entering the property. -
Is there parking available at the vacation rental or driver staying space?
Yes, both are available and chargeable. Private parking is available for cars, and driver staying space is also provided. -
What is included in my stay?
At Nature’s Home, your booking includes complimentary breakfast along with other amenities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, open gym, and library. With 100% on-ground assistance, a well-trained concierge, and special offers on popular local experiences – your stay is hassle-free and unforgettable.

Are there any additional/hidden charges apart from the booking amount?
Yes, certain services are chargeable. You can contact the property manager for more details. -
What types of concierge services does Nature’s Home offer?
Nature’s Home offers on-call chef, 24x7 on-call assistance, and support for any issues during your stay. -
Can the concierge assist with medical emergencies?
Yes, we have a tie-up with Arvy Hospital, Manesar.
Post-Stay

Can I provide feedback or a review of my stay?
Yes, Nature’s Home welcomes feedback and reviews from customers both online and offline. -
When will my security deposit be refunded?
Nature’s Home will typically refund your security deposit within 5 working days of checking out, once they have verified that the vacation rental was left in good condition and there are no outstanding charges or damages. -
Can I request a copy of my invoice or receipt?
Yes, email your request to wecare@natureshome.in.
