Welcome to Nature’s Home. By accessing, browsing, or making a reservation on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

Nature’s Home operates as a boutique countryside retreat located in Bissar, Tauru, Haryana, India. Our goal is to provide a soulful, nature-inspired hospitality experience while maintaining respect for our land, community, and guests. By using this website, booking a stay, or participating in any of our experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations must be made directly through our official website, verified partner platforms, or via our reservations team.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the full payment or as per the booking policy mentioned at the time of reservation.
  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
  • A valid government ID is required at check-in for all guests.

3. Payment Policy

  • We accept online payments through secure payment gateways, UPI, bank transfer, and select credit/debit cards.
  • All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Prices may vary depending on season, occupancy, or special events.
  • Any additional charges (such as meals, experiences, or damages) must be settled at check-out.

4. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

As a boutique property with limited rooms and personalized service, cancellations affect us significantly. Hence, we follow a strict no-refund policy once a booking has been confirmed.

  • In case of cancellation or no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
  • Dates may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and management approval, if requested at least 14 days prior to check-in.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to honor your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternate stay arrangement will be offered.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Unregistered guests are not permitted in rooms or on the property without prior consent.

6. Children & Pet Policy

  • Children are welcome under parental supervision.
  • Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis depending on room allocation and prior approval. Additional cleaning or deposit charges may apply.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we ensure a safe and nurturing environment, Nature’s Home shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Injury, illness, or accidents during your stay or participation in activities.
  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel or health insurance coverage.

8. Experiences & Activities

All experiences (forest walks, yoga, horse riding, etc.) are designed for wellness and leisure. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Guests must inform the team of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to engaging in such activities.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. We collect limited personal information solely for reservation and guest experience purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share guest data with third parties except where required by law. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Nature’s Home. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana.

12. Updates to Terms

Nature’s Home reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised policies will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
